You may Book Online, e-mail us or just call us and we will answer any questions you have and schedule an appointment for you. If you are having a dental emergency please call us right away.
Payment Options
We accept payments through most PPO dental insurance plans. We will happily verify your insurance and let you know the cost before your appointment.
However, we do not directly accept Delta Dental. If you have Delta Dental, you'll need to pay out of pocket at the time of your visit. But don't worry, we're here to help. We offer the CoZy membership program to help manage costs. We can also submit an out-of-network claim for you, but the reimbursement amount will vary depending on your specific plan.
We also offer CoZy membership for out-of-pocket patients. Members will be covered for most preventative care and receive a generous member discount for treatments. Depending on your situation, the cost of the membership could be less than the cost of dental insurance since your payments go directly toward your dental care.
Our membership package:
New patient $750 for the first year, then $650 per year for each following year.
